We researched smart contracts and proposed a POC (proof of concept) to overcome stakeholders' objections by demonstrating that UCollectME will solve the problems it is designed for.
Q1-2023
- Perform marketing research
Conduct thorough market research to understand target audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors. Identify key marketing channels, trends, and opportunities to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
- Implement marketing strategies and ads
Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to raise awareness, generate interest, and drive user acquisition.
Utilize various channels such as social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid advertisements to reach the target audience effectively.
- Gather feedback through questionnaires
Create feedback questionnaires or surveys to collect valuable insights from users. Gather feedback on their experiences, satisfaction levels, and suggestions for improvement. Analyze and incorporate this feedback into the platform's ongoing development and marketing strategies.
- Work on wireframes

- Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
Develop an initial version of the product that focuses on testing core features and functionalities.
